Our client located in Coleshill is expecting to be very busy over Christmas and is seeking additional temporary help until the end of December 2020 within their Customer Service department.
This position is working weekends only. Saturday 8:45am-12:45pm AND Sunday 9:45am-1:45pm
APPLICANTS MUST HAVE ACCESS TO THEIR OWN TRANSPORT DUE TO LOCATION
The role will involve:
- Responding to customer emails and telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Handling enquiries ranging from order and delivery status, general product information and technical issues.
- Deal with customer refunds and returns requestsLiaise with internal teams and external third parties, such as payment partners and courier providers
Candidates must be computer literate, have excellent customer service skills and be able to commit to the role from 5th October until the end of December 2020.
