Our client who are based in Lichfield are expanding and seeking to recruit a new person for their busy Sales Team.

The successful candidate must be able to demonstrate the ability to successfully work to targets and exceed them.  You must have a confident telephone manner and the ability to communicate successfully.  Excellent influencing skills are essential.  Product / Service training will be given.

Requirements of the Job

  • Appointment making / setting for the Sales Surveyors
  • Calling existing and potential clients (decision makers) to generate appointments
  • Ability to directly contact the decision maker within the client company
  • Relationship building with clients / potential clients
  • Maintaining and updating the existing database with client information
  • Appointment targets 3-4 per day
  • Proven track record of achieving call targets and appointment targets

This is a permanent position (hours and days to be discussed, but no Fridays).  We would prefer two full days per week.  Salary is negotiable.
