Were currently recruiting for a Telesales / Sales Administrator on behalf of our client based near Dudley.
Our client is seeking someone who is confident, has drive, determindation and a good eye for detail. The role will involve liaising with existing clients, building relationships and some administration - so it's essential you have organsiational and computer skills!
- Chasing quotes
- Reviewing customer and quote notes
- Logging notes from contact with customers
- Assisting the manager in compiling reports
- Organising and prioritising work for existing and new business
- Daily communication with Sales Manager and Sales team
- Resolving customer queries by liasing with other departments
The ideal candidate:
- Experience in a Telesales-based role
- Excellent IT skills, including Excel, Word & Outlook
- Ability to learn quickly & apply knowledge to a wide variety of products
- Good written & verbal communications skills, specifically a confident & professional telephone manner and a Positive Attitude
- Basic knowledge of CRM systems
