Our client are seeking to recruit a competent Administrator to join their team.
Duties will include:
- Audio - Copy typing
- Formatting documents
- Preparing presentations and documents so it looks very corporate and to company standards
- Supporting the team with any administration duties
- Keeping a diary for up-to 5 booking appointments
- Answering the telephone
- Scanning, Photocopying, Filing- confidential information so must be trustworthy
Key skills required which will be assessed:
You may have to travel between 2 locations so your own transport is essential. Grade C or equivalent in English and Maths is also needed.
In return you will be working in a very supportive business that is growing modern offices working 9. 5.30 Monday to Friday.
