Our amazing client is going from strength to strength they now needed extra help within their Administration team, they are recruiting for 2 people who must have previous all round Sales Administration experience and are team players which is key when working in smaller teams.

They are based on Birmingham Business Park have free parking and there is also shuttle busses to the estate now.

The duties will be and can include more.

  • Processing lots of paperwork at present they have mostly a manual system shortly going onto a new database.
  • Processing orders checking quantities and prices and back orders 
  • Responding to emails some telephone work but mostly emails, excellent written English is required.
  • Filing paperwork 
  • Setting up files
  • Opening new accounts
  • Setting up clients
  • Scanning
  • Typing 
  • Dealing with export paperwork as well.
  • Dealing with organising deliveries.
  • Working in a team and owning anything that you are dealing with finding solutions to any issues.
