Our valued client based in Coleshill is looking for a bright and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join their busy office on a full time basis Monday-Friday working a 37.5 hour week.  The role is an immediate start for the right person and is offered on a Temporary – Permanent basis.


  • Based Front of house and being the first point of contact for visitors and clients
  • Dealing with enquiries by telephone email and written correspondence
  • Providing excellent Customer service
  • Responsible for managing the day to day running of the Reception area
  • Entering purchase orders and costs onto Excel
  • Providing general administration for staff as required.


  • Excellent Customer Service skills.
  • Polite and efficient telephone manner.

  • Excellent IT skills to include the use of Word and Excel.
  • Excellent administration skills.
