Membership Administrator

I am delighted to be recruiting for an experienced Administrator to join our valued client based in Sutton Coldfield.

The purpose of this role is to provide day to day admin support across the department.

Daily duties will include:

  • Dealing with and responding to written and verbal enquiries from internal and external stakeholders
  • Accurately maintaining a database of membership information
  • Acting as the main point of contact for members who require further information regarding their subscription
  • Arrange departmental meetings
  • Take minutes at meetings when required
  • Help with producing reports and statistical information
  • Generating correspondence and helping with sending out mail shots

The successful candidate will be able to demonstrate the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer service/administration environment
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Basic understanding of compliance and data protection
  • Good communication skills
  • Team player
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to produce high quality and accurate work
