Lead Trainer






£40,000 to £50,000 Per Annum

Our value client is seeking to hire a Lead Trainer to manage, oversee and supervise training undertaken at the centre. It is essential that high quality training is provided that complies with awarding body regulations. In this role you will have to travel to other sites as and when required by the business.


·Management of the training centre

·Deliver industry recognised qualifications including both commercial and apprenticeships.

·Organising training and completing any ad-hoc admin

·Preparation, assessment and marking

·Developing a full course file including a broad scheme of work and session planning

·Reporting to the Centre manager

·Monitoring individuals progress

·Attending and participating in team meetings

·Ensuring the training is a positive experience for all workers.

·Manage any issues or behaviour issues that may arise

·Supporting workers/learners through differentiation and provision

·Using E-learning platforms

·Registering and enrolling

·Liaise with other staff where necessary

·Promote equality, diversity and inclusion.

·Participate in staff development and training

·Complete evaluation and course reviews

·Support the centre co-ordinator

·Undertake staff development and appraisal

·Monitor student progress and assist with data capture

·Work effectively with internal and external partners.

·Implement good practice

·Fully engage and copy with audits

·Monitor, review and evaluate aspects of courses and implementing any actions for improvement.

·Complete course reviews and evaluations specific to course delivery.

·CPD activities

·Fulfill all security requirements

·Implement good practice and work to a high level of professionalism at all times

·Any other duties associated with the role instructed by the Centre Manager

·All staff are required to participate in staff development programmes
