£15,000 to £16,000 Per Annum
I am keen to identify candidates who are looking for a new and exciting HR Assistant role working for a very valued client of mine based near Coleshill.
Reporting in to the HR Director, the successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking all associated administrative and HR admin tasks as requested.
Ideally you will have already had some HR admin experience or had demonstrable admin experience in a professional environment.
This will be a Term Time Role in addition to working 1 extra week during the holidays.
HOURS OF WORK WILL BE 7AM till 3PM MONDAY TO FRIDAY
You will be able to showcase good working knowledge of IT systems including Word, Excel and PowerPoint, have proficient typing skills and have the ability to prioritise and deal with conflicting work requests.
Key duties will include:
- Supporting with recruitment activity
- Processing new starters
- Maintaining an accurate database of personnel records
- Producing HR related MI data
- Helping to conduct new staff inductions
- Checking and issuing new job descriptions
- monitoring absence and sickness records
