We are currently seeking a Call Operator to work within our clients Customer Service department on a Temporary basis until approx. mid-January.
This is a great opportunity to work within a very successful company who are a leader in their market!
Hours: 9:00am – 5:30pm Monday to Friday
The role will involve:
- Respond to customer emails and telephone calls in a prompt and professional manner
- Handle enquiries ranging from order and delivery status, general product information, right through to technical issues.
- Deal with customer refunds and returns requests
- Liaise with internal teams and external third parties, such as payment partners and courier providers
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Previous Customer Service experience is desirable
- IT Literate
Due to the location of our client candidates must be car owner / drivers.
