Our valued client is currently seeking to employ a Customer Care Administrator to join their team.

Duties to include:

  • Answering the telephone in a friendly and professional manner
  • Helping customers to place orders
  • Chasing orders
  • Checking delivery dates
  • Providing advice on pricing and quantity
  • Advising customers
  • Checking orders and unpack them
  • Check stock levels
  • Administration and filing duties
