Our client are expanding and are looking to recruit a number of new legal secretaries for their team.
Their business is expanding and are now seeking to develop that team further by the addition of 3 legal secretaries to assist and support our business.
The successful candidate shall be expected to manage a heavy workload and be proactive.
Your duties will be to provide key support to the solicitors which will include, but not be limited to: - Audio copy typing/digital audio typing - Preparing, formatting and amending documents - Diary management - Collating court bundles - Liaising with key clients and attending meetings –
Key administrative duties Requirements In order to be considered for experience working as a legal secretary, excellent audio typing skills and the confidence to liaise with clients on a daily basis.
You must also have a full driving licence and access to a vehicle, and live within a 30 minute drive of South Birmingham
Furthermore, the suitable applicant must be able to work independently, use their own common sense / initiative to find solutions to and resolve problems by being proactive.
The successful candidate must be a robust individual with a strong work ethic, the ability to work under pressure adhering to strict deadlines and possess excellent time management and organisational skills.
