Our valued client in Bordsley Green is looking for an administrator to join their friendly team on a temp-perm basis 9am-4pm, Monday-Friday.

Responsibilities:-

  • Answering the phone
  • Taking and relaying messages as required
  • Inputting and raising invoices.
  • Typing up of quotations
  • Filing
  • Any other adhoc admin tasks as required

Requirements:-

  • Excellent telephone manner
  • Confident and friendly attitude
  • Ability to communicate at all levels
  • Fully MS Office proficient
  • Professional and reliable with a ‘can do’ attitude
