Our Valued Care Client based in Sutton Coldfield is looking to recruit an experienced Administrator who is compassionate, motivated and committed to their vision of providing an ‘Outstanding Care Service’ to their service users.  This is a full time role that is being offered on a temporary-permanent basis and would be an immediate start for the right person.


  • To handle all administration responsibilities within the organisation.
  • Ensure an efficient administration system is fully implemented and maintained.
  • To provide a full range of administrative backup to all staff.
  • To handle all recruitment administration, including reference and DBS checks.
  • Being the first port of call for employees and external partners to any HR related queries.
  • To ensure all care calls are reconciled on company Care Management System
  • Assist with any other administrative tasks as and when arise may be necessary, including helping with staff training and induction.
  • Assisting with payroll by providing the account section with relevant employee information i.e., holidays and sick days taken.
  • To create invoices for service returns.
  • Participate in 'On Call Rota', one week every month.

Key skills and experience

  • Excellent communication skills
  • Organisational skills and ability to prioritise.
  • Minimum two-year experience in Administration is essential.
  • Previous experience working within a fast-paced operational service environment.
  • Excellent IT Skills, with proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Some basic employee relations, employment law and recruitment knowledge
  • Experience of using an online recruitment portal and HR systems 
  • Experience of drafting contracts and assisting with events 
  • Previous experience of working in the care sector would be advantages.
