I am delighted to be working with a very valued client based in Coleshill who are looking for an experienced and competent Administrator to join their team!

This will be a permanent role working TERM TIME ONLY with hours of work being 8.00am till 4.00pm.

The purpose of this role is to provide general clerical and admin support to staff within the business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Word processing
  • Data entry
  • Photocopying
  • Filing
  • Support with large mailers
  • Maintaining an accurate database of staff information
  • Ordering stationery
  • Distributing post
  • Sending email and text communication
  • Taking notes at meetings
