Our Client is looking for an enthusiastic Administrator to work near Castle Vale, full time Monday to Friday.

Administrator Requirements:

  • Provide reliable and accurate administrative support to the Customer Service Team
  • Answer any inbound telephone calls
  • The ability to speak to sub-contractors and tradespeople on the telephone
  • Entering information onto the in-house database, including logging invoices

Administrator Profile:

  • A good all-rounder who works well in a team
  • Confidence on the telephone when speaking to clients and colleagues
  • Good communication skills and the ability to maintain a positive relationship with people
  • All work must be completed in an accurate manner with a high level of attention to detail in a busy environment
  • Strong organisation skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Office packages is desirable but training on the in-house database will be provided
