All candidates are thoroughly interviewed by an experienced and trained Consultant.
- Proof of identity in the form of passport, birth certificate or driving licence will be obtained and eligibility to work in the UK will be checked.
- All candidates are reference checked in advance. Any references provided by the candidate are verified for authenticity. A minimum of 2 references are obtained.
- Written evidence of all teaching qualifications will be obtained and checked against records held by National Academic Recognition Information Centre (NARIC).
- All candidates will be in possession of a valid CRB check in line with DfES guidelines.
- Any CV gaps/career breaks fully investigated and explained.
